Welcome to the University of Houston Foundation Scholarship Opportunities Homepage.

You will find a list of scholarships available to all University of Houston System students below with brief information about the scholarship qualifications.
To apply for scholarships, you must first create a new account with an email and password. It is important you create ONLY ONE account using an email you currently use. Students who created a UHF Scholarship account last year, see #1 below. You will then have the opportunity to complete a general application. * Please be aware that by simply filling out the UH Foundation scholarship application, you are in no way guaranteed to receive an award.*

Get started in 4 easy steps:
1. Students with an UHF Scholarship account created last year: You will be required to set up a Blackbaud ID (BBID) using the same email address that was used when the account was set up last year. You do not have to use the same password. If you enter a different email address it will not link to your existing account. If you are unsure what email was used for your account, email scholarship@uhfdn.org.
2. Login to the system using your user name (email address) and password.
3. Complete the General Application. The system syncs with the information you supplied on the General Application. You are automatically matched with scholarship opportunities for which you meet the criteria.
4. After you complete the General Application and receive a successful application submitted email, you’re done! CONFIRM THAT ITEMS UPLOADED CAN BE VIEWED You will receive any award notifications or regret emails via the email address used to login. You can also check on the status of your application by logging back into the system at any time.

IMPORTANT DATES
Fall/Spring Scholarship Application Cycle

• Mid-March: The General Application for UH Foundation Scholarships open
• Mid-April: Applications for UHF Scholarships close
• Early June: The UH Foundation scholarship recipients will be notified.

REMINDER! Your completed General Application will be archived and removed from the system in January of each year. You must complete a new General Application each year when the UH Foundation Scholarship Application Cycles begins (March).
